It is advisable to wait until you have all required documentation and then submit your online application to NABP. Additional Evaluation Eight Weeks After Receipt of Requested Documentation or Information If your e-Profile shows a deficiency status for required documentation be sure to address the issues noted as soon as possible.
It can take an additional eight weeks from the time they are received by NABP for the new documents to be evaluated. If you submit documents with names that do not match the name in your NABP e-Profile, you will need to submit a name change request with appropriate supporting documentation directly to the FPGEC. Evaluation of supporting documentation for name changes requests may take up to eight weeks from the time the last piece of supporting documentation is received.
You are encouraged to read this bulletin throughout the certification process. It will answer any questions you have. Mail Delivery Up to 30 Business Days When sending documentation by mail, allow 30 business days for correspondence sent internationally and 10 business days for correspondence sent within the United States.
Tracking delivery of documentation is the responsibility of the applicant. You are encouraged to use a delivery service that allows you to track the whereabouts of the documentation you have sent to NABP Headquarters. Please note, this is the timeframe for sending the FIC, the delivery date can vary depending on your location. If you do not bring the card to the testing center on the test day you will not be able to take the FPGEE and you will forfeit your fee.

FPGEC Certification Timeline
The FPGEC Application Bulletin details all requirements of the certification process; reviewing the Bulletin is the first, and most important, step in the application process. Graduated on or after January 1, If you graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy on or after January 1, , you must have completed at least a five-year pharmacy curriculum. However, coursework and internships completed after graduation will not be considered as part of the five-year pharmacy curriculum requirement. Consideration of post-baccalaureate degrees and whether such a degree may be applicable to the five-year pharmacy curriculum requirement will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the FPGEC. Envelopes that are not sealed as specified in the FPGEC Application Bulletin or that appear open or tampered with will not be accepted. If the application is closed or expires, the next application must meet the new requirement listed below.
